Description
Novuma® is an injectable biostimulating gel developed using Advanced BioSphere Technology. It contains highly purified Calcium Hydroxyapatite (CaHA) microspheres at a high concentration (55–60% w/w) suspended in a Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC) gel carrier. The microspheres are designed to be perfectly smooth and round, providing strong collagen stimulation while helping limit inflammation.
Novuma® is CE marked since 2020 and received MDR 2017/745 EU certification in 2025. It has been launched in more than 50 countries, with over 20,000 syringes injected worldwide since its introduction. The formulation was developed by experts in biomaterials.

As the microspheres gradually degrade and are absorbed by the body, they leave behind a newly formed collagen network, restoring density and firmness to the skin. This regenerative process supports long-term results lasting up to 18 months, depending on treatment area and individual conditions.
Novuma® is particularly suitable for addressing areas where ageing is most visible, including the face oval and cheeks, to redefine contours and improve skin density and smoothness.

The composition of Novuma® consists of 55–60% Calcium Hydroxyapatite (solid bioceramic phase) and 40–45% Carboxymethyl Cellulose (viscoelastic carrier phase).
