For all our deliveries, we use a range of carriers to deliver your products to you and can offer the following options:

*Orders must be received by 2:30pm for Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland deliveries, and by 3:00pm for mainland UK deliveries to qualify for same-day dispatch.
Delivery times are service targets only and are not guaranteed. Whilst we aim to dispatch all orders on time, delivery is dependent on third-party couriers and may be affected by factors outside our control.
As the delivery service has been purchased and fulfilled through our courier network, postage charges are non-refundable in the event of delays caused by external factors. However, we will always work closely with our courier partners to minimise any disruption and ensure orders are delivered as quickly as possible.
Packaging:
Wherever possible we try to recycle packaging. This will on occasion mean that the packaging in which you receive your order may not represent the contents. If you feel that you may have received the wrong item(s) please check the contents of your parcel before contacting Customer Care.

Free Delivery:
Free Delivery will be entitled to a customer when the purchase is over £500 exclusive of VAT (from Tamworth only)
