All orders will be dispatched for next day delivery, orders must be received by 2.30pm for Northern and Republic of Ireland and 3.00pm for UK delivery.
Packaging:
Wherever possible we try to recycle packaging. This will on occasion mean that the packaging in which you receive your order may not represent the contents. If you feel that you may have received the wrong item(s) please check the contents of your parcel before contacting Customer Care.
Delivery Service
Most products are generally delivered by DPD/DHL.
Free Delivery:
Free Delivery will be entitled to a customer when the purchase is over £500 (from Tamworth only)
